Thank you for choosing The Salt Seller. Because we hand-deliver our water softener salt directly to your door to ensure quality and prevent damage, we operate under the following policy:
1. Final Sale & No Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or “change of mind” exchanges once the salt has been delivered and accepted.
2. Delivery Inspection
We hand-deliver all products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Because we do not use third-party couriers, we do not offer refunds for breakages.
- Inspection: Customers are encouraged to inspect the bags upon delivery.
- Acceptance: Once delivery is accepted, the items are deemed to be in perfect condition, and no further claims for damage or breakage can be made.
3. Exchanges
While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to offer exchanges for products of equivalent value.
If you have ordered the wrong type of salt (e.g., you need Tablet salt instead of Block salt), please contact us.
Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
We will perform the exchange during our next scheduled delivery run to your area.
4. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery.
